However, depending on your guest list and setup requirements, I would advise checking the dimensions of the area where the dance floor will be located. Additionally, it’s important to consider the ceiling height, especially if you’re looking for a larger sound rig. Access for equipment setup is vital too, so I’d need to confirm the logistics of getting my gear in and out smoothly.

Handling power requirements is also part of my planning. I usually check if there are sound limiters in place, as this can impact the volume of the music. Given that the venue has a curfew for music, we would agree on the time to wrap things up during our discussions.

Music Selection and Guest Involvement
