Given the potential for sloping walls, I would assess the rig height and placement to avoid issues with acoustics. Access for loading equipment is crucial, so I would confirm parking options and nearest access points to facilitate a smooth setup process.

Music and Guest Interaction

For the music itself, my approach is straightforward. I encourage couples to provide up to 25 must-play songs and an additional 25 songs that would be great to include if they fit the vibe on the day. While I welcome guest requests during the evening, I can’t guarantee every one will be played. I focus on reading the room to create an engaging atmosphere without relying on an endless playlist.
