Tarrin and Molly at The Old Cow Shed
It was a real pleasure to provide the Classic evening dj service for Tarrin and Molly at The Old Cow Shed in Melton Mowbray. With its rustic charm and relaxed setting, The Old Cow Shed was the perfect backdrop for their celebration.
After arriving at 6:00 PM to set up, I provided music from 7:00 PM through to 11:30 PM, creating the soundtrack for a brilliant evening. In addition to the Classic Evening DJ service, I also supplied my Reclaimed Pallet Booth, adding a stylish rustic touch that matched the venue beautifully.
Tarrin and Molly chose 'Lover' by The Hunna for their first dance, a heartfelt moment that set a warm and personal tone for the night. From there, the dance floor stayed lively, with a great mix of their must-play favourites including 'Love On Top' by Beyoncé and 'Knock 'Em Out' by Lily Allen, as well as some fun family favourites like 'Clementine' by Westlife. Later in the evening, the energy lifted with tracks from Bring Me The Horizon and Limp Bizkit, perfectly timed once the older guests had had their fill of dancing.
One special highlight was the deliberate decision to avoid overplayed tracks like 'Mr. Brightside', keeping the night feeling unique and true to Mol and Taz’s personal style. We wrapped up with 'Life is a Highway' by Rascal Flatts for their last dance at 11:30 PM, ending the evening on a real high.
