Nicole and Matthew’s Classic evening dj at Shustoke Barns

Shustoke Barns in Warwickshire was the stunning backdrop for Nicole and Matthew’s wedding celebration, where I had the pleasure of providing my Classic Evening DJ service. Set among the rustic charm of this character-filled venue, their evening reception was one to remember.

Arriving at 6:00 PM, I set up the evening’s entertainment using my Reclaimed Pallet Booth, a popular choice that complements the barn’s natural features. By 7:00 PM, the music was underway and guests were already settling into the evening’s atmosphere.

Nicole and Matthew took to the dancefloor at 7:30 PM for their first dance – a heartfelt moment to “Biblical” by Calum Scott. It was a beautiful choice that set the tone perfectly for the rest of the night.

The couple opted to keep things focused on their guests enjoying the night their way, with no formal family or wedding party dances planned. They also made a few music preferences known, including a clear “do not play” for tracks like “Sex On Fire” by Kings of Leon and “Angels” by Robbie Williams, ensuring the night reflected their tastes throughout.

Evening food was served around 9:00 PM, giving everyone a chance to recharge before dancing resumed. The final track wrapped up just before midnight, bringing the day to a close with a packed dancefloor and plenty of happy faces.
