For my final midweek wedding of the year, I set off down the A14 to Kettering Park Hotel and Spa for the Anglo-Romanian wedding of Nicola and Max.
Nicola and Max booked my all day dj and Full Day Emcee package which saw me arriving at midday to setup, then taking care of all of the music, announcements and guest engagement through to and including the evening disco.
The couple met whilst playing the videogame ‘World of Warcraft’ so I suggested that the Ceremony Prelude music should be some of the classical soundtrack from this title.
Max waited at the alter to Elvis Priestley’s ‘Now or Never’, and Nicola walked down the aisle to Norah Jones’s version of ‘Love me tender’.
Once the ceremony had concluded I played ‘French Café Music’ for the cocktail hour, before bringing the guests in to be seated in anticipation for the Grande Entrance.
During the Wedding Breakfast I played ‘Lounge House’. Once we got to the evening reception the couple chose Whitney Houston and Enrique Iglesias duet.
DJ Wedding Disco also provided the LOVE letters.
