Jen & Krish’s Ashton Lodge Celebration
A Full Day of Music and Hosting
Jen and Krish celebrated their wedding at the beautiful Ashton Lodge. I provided my all day dj & Host service, running from midday until midnight. This included support for every stage of their day, delivered with a calm, friendly tone in line with their preferences.
The day began with a warm welcome as guests arrived. I greeted each person personally and directed them to the bar, garden games, and drinks on the terrace. A dedicated outdoor PA system played carefully selected music, setting the perfect tone for the drinks reception.
Ceremony Sound and Bespoke Music
For the ceremony, I provided bespoke music playback using tracks chosen by Jen and Krish. This included their walk down the aisle, music during the signing of the register, and a lively recessional. Everything was timed and delivered smoothly using professional equipment to suit the indoor ceremony space.
Hosting and Audio for the Wedding Breakfast
During the wedding breakfast, I provided wireless microphones and hosted the speeches. My announcements helped keep everything running to time without ever taking the spotlight. I guided guests through the day gently, offering clear directions with a friendly and relaxed tone — just as Jen and Krish had requested.
Evening Celebration and Personal Touches
As the room was turned around, guests enjoyed a break around the fire pit. Later, we gathered for the cake cutting to “Cake by the Ocean”. Jen and Krish then took to the dancefloor for their first dance to 'The One' by Kodaline. It was a touching moment that led straight into a packed dancefloor.
I played a mixture of must-plays and guest favourites, including ABBA, The Killers, Calvin Harris, and S Club 7. The final track, “Mr Brightside”, brought the evening to a brilliant close. The rustic look of my Reclaimed Pallet Booth and 4ft Rustic LOVE Letters helped tie everything together.
From start to finish, this was a day full of warmth, music, and great memories. It was a pleasure to support Jen and Krish throughout their celebration at Ashton Lodge.
