Emily and James, Ashton Lodge Country House

Wedding number 2 this week saw us return to Ashton Lodge Country House for James and Emily’s celebrations.

The first dance was played by an acoustic musician and we played a request list composed of advanced requests made by James, Emily and their guests. This type of playlist is always tricky to navigate as there are always difficult to place tracks and of course all of the guests need to be fully ‘onboard’ to keep the dance floor thriving all night.

We arrived early to setup so as not to disturb the acoustic musician. As much as we like a morning setup, unfortunately given the increased costs of fuel and labour we can no longer offer this service for free but is available as a paid extra.
