Ella and Harry at home address

Ella & Harry celebrated with a Classic evening dj set at a field near Lutterworth, and the day had its own relaxed rhythm from the start.

The setting suited Ella & Harry well. Guests gathered in the tipi while music played in the background, giving the afternoon a warm and easy feel. Then, as the couple arrived by horse and cart, the entrance had a proper sense of character.

For the welcome, Huey Lewis and The News brought in “The Power of Love”. Afterwards, the music stayed upbeat while guests enjoyed food, chatted, and children had space to enjoy the day. Because the celebration began early, the music had to support the whole flow, not just the evening party.

Ella & Harry and their first dance

Later, Ella & Harry chose “At Last” by Etta James for their first dance. However, they also considered cutting into “Down Under” by Men At Work, which gave the moment a fun twist.

That contrast worked well on paper. First, the dance could begin with a classic, romantic feel. Then, the change into Men At Work could open the floor with a smile. It showed their personality without making the moment feel forced.

Ella & Harry and the evening party

As evening guests arrived, the party moved into a broader mix. The request list covered singalong rock, pop, dance, indie, and party tracks. Therefore, the set could move naturally between Bon Jovi, ABBA, Blink-182, Pitbull, Queen, Robbie Williams, and more.

The cake cut also had its own music choice, with “Pour Some Sugar On Me” by Def Leppard. Meanwhile, the Reclaimed Pallet Booth fitted the outdoor field setting well. It gave the DJ area a rustic look without distracting from the tipi or the people in the room.

For the final dance, Ella & Harry chose “I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing” by Aerosmith. It gave the night a clear ending, and it brought everyone back to the couple before music finished.
